CUSTOMER LOYALTY PROGRAM 

Here at Liberty Trading we value each and every customer and we want to reward your loyalty with our fabulous rewards program, which is a fun and easy way to earn points and save!

HOW DO I JOIN LIBERTY TRADING REWARDS?

Customers who have created accounts are automatically enrolled into our Liberty Trading Rewards program. If you have not yet created an account, you can join Liberty Trading Rewards by creating an account here. 

HOW DO I EARN POINTS?

After you have enrolled into the program you will earn 10 points for every £1 spent in store at Liberty Trading (excluding postage, discounts and purchase of gift cards). Please note: we cannot backdate and credit points on past orders.

WHAT TYPES OF REWARDS CAN BE REDEEMED?

 500 points = 5% off 

1000 points = 10% off 

1500 points = 15% off

HOW DO I CHECK MY BALANCE & REDEEM MY REWARDS?

You can check your balance and redeem rewards through the Rewards Redemption page, which can be accessed through the Liberty Trading Rewards widget located at the bottom of the store. (Note: You must be logged in to check your balance). Rewards are issued in the form of a discount coupon code.

 
HOW DO I USE MY REWARDS?

To use a reward, simply enter the discount coupon code on the payment page during your next purchase. Each discount code can only be used once.
