Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with each and every purchase you make from Liberty Trading, but we do understand that on occasions an item may be unsuitable or you may simply change your mind. Therefore, we offer a 30 day 'no quibble' returns policy. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it. 

To start your return, please contact us first at sales@libertytrading.co.uk, then post item/s back to us and please obtain a proof of return from Post Office.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item returned after 30 days
  •  Any item not in its original condition
  • Any item not in it's original packaging
  • Any item that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error 

Please send any returns to: Liberty Trading, 3 Norman Court, Albion Road, Carlton Industrial Estate, Barnsley, South Yorkshire, S71 3TE, UK.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Only damaged/faulty items will have the return postage cost refunded.

Once your return is received and inspected, If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 7 days of receipt of the goods back by us.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@libertytrading.co.uk and send your item back to us for an exchange.
